Cost And Policy For Each Vehicle Package
The cost for each vehicle package is based on a pickup time of between
4:00 pm -5:00 pm (your choice), and will run through the extent of the concert (approximately 12:00 am - 1:00 am depending on what time we get you back to your destination) Many times our guests would like to go out after the concert. This is certainly not a problem, and the driver will be happy to accommodate your wishes. However, this time will not be included in the package rate, and will be charged at a discounted rate of $90/per hour + 20% driver gratuity. Each package rate includes transportation within a 20 mile radius of Alpine Valley. We most certainly are happy to pick you up outside the 20 mile radius, however, a additional fuel surcharge of $5/per mile will be added to the package rate.
If you wish to arrive at Alpine Valley earlier than the 4:00-5:00 time frame, we most certainly can do that for you. However, an additional discounted rate of $90/hr will be charged to the package rate.
If you plan on arriving at Alpine Valley later in the evening, rather than the 4:00-5:00 time frame, and do not wish to purchase one of our packages, we do offer hourly transportation as well. The cost for the hourly transportation is $100/hr + 20% driver gratuity for stretch limousines, $140/hr + 20% driver gratuity for vans (currently unavailable) , and $85/hr + 20% driver gratuity for our sedans.
Note: There is a $100 Alpine Valley Parking Fee that is not included in our Package Rates. This is not a charge that HeavenSent Limousine charges, but a charge solely charged by Alpine Valley Music Theatre. This parking fee does, however, give you VIP parking, and will allow your group to be within close distance of the entrance to the venue, and eliminate the long walking from the outside parking areas.
** Please be advised... Alpine Valley can change their prices at anytime without notice. We will do our very best to notify our guests of any changes as soon as they are made known to us.
Included With Each Package
With each of our packages we include:
transportation to/from Alpine Valley , your own private driver for the day, a small gas grill, cooking utensils, a large cooler full of ice (Upon Request) , and taxes (federal, state, local, Fuel Surcharge Tax)
So, we most certainly encourage you to bring whatever your favorite grilling items may be, and also your favorite flavor of beverage.

** When placing a reservation with HeavenSent Limousine, you agree to abide by our Rules & Regulations. Please, read through this information prior to finalizing your reservation. Please, be advised, HeavenSent Limousine operates on a first come, first serve basis. The first guest to guest their completed Confirmation Of Service Contract to our office, and receive a FINALIZED Confirmation Of Service for your records, will receive the reservation. WE BOOK UP EXTREMELY FAST FOR THESE CONCERTS. SO, DON'T WASTE TIME!!
