We now offer our Customer Incentive Program to each and everyone of our valued customers. Whether you are new to HeavenSent Limousine, or you are returning to us for further transportation needs, we would like to welcome you. As a token of our appreciation, we have designed a way to give back, to you, for all you have done to make HeavenSent Limousine the successful business we are today. We have all felt the effects of this horrible economy, and we would like to make your experience with HeavenSent Limousine just a bit easier during these hard times and beyond.
Please allow me to explain how our Customer Incentive Program works. For each person that you refer to HeavenSent Limousine, and who books transportation with us, we will credit your account $10.00. When you are setting up your reservation, you must mention the Incentive Program. Also make sure to tell the people, that you are referring to us, to make sure to mention your name, and that you referred them to HeavenSent Limousine.
Now, as the customer, it is completely your decision when you would like to use these credits. You may choose to use a single credit per ride, or a certain portion of them at one time. You may choose to save them, and after accumulating enough credits, you would be entitled to free transportation for the value of the credits. So, just by helping us spread HeavenSent Limousine's name to your friends, family, or business colleagues, you will in turn be giving yourself something in return.
Since our Customer Incentive Program is a new program offered by HeavenSent Limousine, our customers obviously do not have any credits in their accounts. We would like to give each of you (1) $10.00 credit to your account. When you call or email us to book transportation, just mention the Customer Incentive Program and we will activate your account and your credit. Again, you may choose to use the credit right away on your current transportation, or you may save it for further use down the road.
Some restrictions do apply:
Only new referrals are permitted! Once you call for a transportation booking, we will set up an account for you so that we may credit you. Once an account is activated, that person is excluded from being referred. The restrictions that apply are as follows: not valid on extended charters (ie. Romantic Packages, Any and all concerts at Alpine Valley, Valet Parking, or Courier Service. It is also not valid to cover any damages and/or cleanup.
Credits will not be awarded in the event of a cancellation or fictitious reservations.
Credits are valid on hourly rate charters and on airport transportation.
Credits do not included tax or driver gratuity.
