Cost for each:
** The cost for each is based on the fare + 20% driver gratuity + Alpine Valley Parking. The parking is $75.00 (Alpine raised the charge July 3, 2010)
and is not a fee that we charge, but rather a fee that is charged by Alpine Valley. This charge does, however, assure you VIP parking, and will keep you from not having to walk to and from the concert venue. You will be right by the entrance to the venue. The cost is also based on a pickup time of between 4pm-5pm (your choice) and will continue throughout the extent of the concert (approx 12am-12:30am by the time we get out of Alpine Valley, and drop you back off) You are most certainly welcome to go out after the concert, as many people do, and the driver will remain at your disposal, however, at this point you would be on the hour at a discounted rate of $60/per hour for as long as your group desires. Our drivers work very hard to make sure your group has a great time at whatever concert you attend at Alpine Valley. They will be staying with you throughout the day, and will do everything they possibly can to cater to each of your wishes. When you return to the vehicle after the concert, they will be waiting to assist your needs once again.
Note: Package rates are based on a pickup of a distance of 20 miles or less away from Alpine Valley. Pickups outside of the 20 mile range are certainly available, however an additonal charge will be applied.
Also note: The Alpine Valley parking is not included in the quote below. This charge will need to be paid, via cash, to the Alpine Valley parking attendant, upon arriving at the amphitheatre.
Included in each package:
** Each package includes transportation to/from Alpine Valley. Your personal driver throughout the extent of the day. A small gas grill, cooking utensils, and a cooler with ice for your convienence. ( So make sure to bring your favorite flavor of beverages, and also your favorite grilling items) Each package also includes all taxes (federal, state, and local).
Cost for each vehicle:
10 passenger stretch ~ $530.00 + 20% driver gratuity = $636.00 + parking
6 passenger stretch ~ $500.00 + 20% driver gratuity = $600.00 + parking
10 - 11 passenger vans ~ $480.00 + 20% driver gratuity = $576.00 + parking
10-12 passenger party van ~ $480.00 + 20% driver gratuity = $576.00 + parking
SUV Sedan ~ (accomodates approx 4-5 passengers) ~ $455.00 + 20% driver gratuity = $546.00 + parking
Towncar Sedan ~ (accomodates up to 4 passengers) ~ $430.00 + 20% driver gratuity = $516.00 + parking
Mini Van ~ (accomodates 4-5 passengers) ~ $455.00 + 20%

Please do not hesitate to email me with any questions you may have, or you may call me directly at (262) 496-2163. Again, the sooner you know your plans, and get a reservation set up, the better. I expect the rest of the vehicles we have available to be completely booked within the next couple of weeks. To make a reservation we require a credit card # to hold the vehicle. The card will not be charged until 4 days before the scheduled date of the concert, and at that time we will charge the card for the fare + driver gratuity. Once again, the parking will be paid the day of. As for our cancellation policy, we require 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of the concert for any cancellations. Otherwise, within 72 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. Any cancellation within 48 hours of the concert, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Absolutely no refunds given within 48 hours prior to concert. No refunds given due to inclimate weather. or in the event that your group desires to leave early.
